  My friends and I had dinner here tonight. The good was good and our server was wonderful, however it was uncomfortably warm. When I ask an employee about it he said he would ask the manager. A few minutes later he came back and said there was nothing they could do about the temperature. The manager never approached and apologized in person. I was very disappointed that there was no attempt to offer any resolution. All the other establishments at Evergreen Walk were able to handle the heat wave Burton's should update their hvac. Although we made the best of our experience, I don't think I will be going back.

  Quality New York Strip.
  Cool ambiance. Good selection of beers, however they aren't on tap. Great selection of reds to pair with the steak. The char-broiled strip was cooked perfectly. The broccoli and potato sides worked well. The house salad and bread was excellent. The service was good but a bit preoccupied with local chatter at the bar. The kitchen timed it all well. Looking forward to trying the Filet Mignon.
